Sue was amazing at helping me to set goals to reduce my anxiety levels during my time at university. She always listened to me and showed such kindness and respect through my 12 weeks with her. Through hypnotherapy, I was able to learn how to cope with stress and create coping mechanisms when feeling anxious. This time last year I was in quite a bad place , suffering from anxiety at work due to bullying and also feeling emotionally drained following a very close bereavement. Sue offered to help me with some hypnotherapy sessions and although sceptical at first and a little afraid of what it entailed, I am so glad to say that I took her up on the offer.
