During this session, we will look at how we can help you, what you want to achieve and how many sessions you will need. We will explore how the mind works and with a commitment from you to make changes, hypnotherapy can help you move to where you want to be.

Cancellation Policy
Please give us 24 hours notice if you want to cancel an appointment, otherwise, we may have to charge part or the total fee.
